This is by far the worst prepaid plan I have ever had. There is no clear instructions on how to recharge for unlimited plan. My phone runs out in 4 days on 30. Internet reception is also horrible. I had this last experience with vodafone prepaid in 2000 which back then was bad service. But Lyca mobile is way worst then any sim / plan I have ever had. I would never recommend them to anyone. stay away from this company altogether.

This is a prepaid mobile plan. No hidden charges. Everyone who come from India, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Canada, UK, US, NZ, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico & Hong kong. Plenty data and unlimited calls & texts.

The overall experience was grate and the customer care is very responsive as well as attentive. The planes that they provide are very useful and the value is priced well for the amount of the money you pay.

I used Lycamobile in Europe but the service in Australia is abysmal. I was charged 50 for a new data bundle that was only supposed to cost 25, as it was a brand new sim and first top up. The service did not work on my phone. When I asked for a refund, the customer service agent told me that could not be done over the phone and I had to email. I have been emailing since 10 April and have still not received a refund. This company's customer service is utterly disgraceful.
