Walked in the shop the lads nodded their heads said hello. Walking around and over excited to see some very cool machines !! needed some help looked up, Kenneth walked over he spent time with me explaining what the advantages of each machine was, found out what I needed for my custom motorcycle workshop, he mentioned he would contact me later on with custom quote. Great staff, Good range, Good Quality too, Previously spent a lot of time looking for a 16mm Drill Chuck Key, and this was the one place that actually had it after wasting so much time going to other places that claimed to have it but the maximum size they had was 12mm. Today i found myself here to have a look at the bench vices, and they had what i need for a later date so im sorted.

Shocking experience at Hare & Forbes today. We have never experienced worst customer service anywhere. Please be aware of the their false advertised products and lies about additional costs! Item is clearly advertised for 20k on their website, but when you come to purchase - miraculously it is 27k! We will never set a foot or buy a screwdriver from this vile shop! And by the way, H&F you have been reported to the Department of Fair trading for false advertising. So long and learn how to be an Australian company, with Australian values!
