I have recently stayed at the Quest and unfortunately have had a very unpleasant experience. Firstly, I'd like to mention that my room had a cockroach infestation. I would see multiple cockroaches in my room daily, some of which were on my bedside table, in the dishwasher and on the walls in the bedroom. I had called the receptionist on my second or third day to mention my concerns of the bugs to which they insisted that they would come and spray my room. I returned to my room that afternoon to find dead cockroaches sprawled across my kitchen floor... Secondly, on Saturday night I returned to my room to find out that my key card had stopped working, I tried many times to access my room before I called the number displayed on the swipe card. A security company were called out to let me into my room and I was further told by security that I would have to call them every time I needed to access my room. On Monday I went into reception to address my issues in person. To which I was met with a receptionist that didn't offer any resolution to my pest issue but instead replied with "you have had room service today and that I'm only staying 11 nights". In regards to my key card, the receptionist said that it was registered and should be working to which I replied that it definitely wasn't working as I had tried multiple times. She eventually gave me a new card to which I was able to access my room again. Most of pictures attached are ones throughout my stay, the two with many cockroaches were ones taken upon my departure.

Great location clean rooms lovely staff
Fantastic location but unfortunately my room smelled strongly of damp, staff messed up my out of hours (public holiday) check in and the bathroom flooded every time we used the shower.
Musty and old inside and out
Clean, cheap, has a gym with a threadmill, free and fast wifi, room smelled, room to major street on saturday very noisy (115B), very friendly receptionist. Good shower (lots of water, one hand mixer).
Great stay. Clean. Quiet. Well presented. Will definitely stay again.
Gr8 location, clean rooms, gr8 view, 1 bed appart 3rd floor end corner with Balcony..recommend!! Air cond both rooms dirty though.. not cold
I have stayed with the Quest for over 2 months and the cleaners cant be faulted. Lovely people. All front office staff were friendly besides one. (One receptionist is unhelpful & disgruntled towards myself & visitors). The rooms are not up to scratch, loads of things broken and aged. Couch has burn mark, the bath floor floods after every shower and washing machine, microwave, railings, TV & dishwasher have been reported to maintainable. Maintainable is prompt to fix which is good and the lady is lovely. The location I cannot fault. Have a few weeks to go and will input another review if things have improved.
