This is one of the best nail salons I've been to in a very long time.The staff are very professional, service is exceptional. The salon was very clean & hygienic. It was so relaxing, not over crowded, good conversation, good massage on the legs inc hot stones.. I'll defiently be back when I come for holidays

My favorite place to visit! I wish I could give ten stars! I phoned and was able to get in about two hours later that same day for an infill! My experience was perfect from that appointment phone call to walking out the door. Cindy and her Staff are very friendly, the salon is neat and spotlessly clean! I was given water and I mentioned I was tired so Cindy left me and went next door and ordered me a cappuccino! Cindy is a gem, she is kind, caring and a very lovely person! Cindy and her team are perfectionists and very thorough! This is my second visit to the salon and I would not switch. I recommend Cindy’s Salon to everyone! A massive highlight for me. The Salon is very happy and friendly. The polish choices are phenomenal! The pedicures last very well. The quality is fantastic. The girls do an incredible pedicure, with hot stone foot and leg massage included! Very relaxing and friendly. Can’t wait to go back, highly recommend! I feel beautiful! I have had my nails done for 30 years. I moved from Brisbane In January I was recommended Queens nail & beauty Cindy is amazing. I’ve always had long gel sculpture nails. Now I’m having long sns they are fantastic. My new nail salon forever. Pedicures are done lovely by the girls & last. If you want beautiful nails & toes come here.
The best pedicure, the hot stones and the leg scrub was amazing. The manicure was done with care and professionalism , Ms Cindy took care of my nails with love and they look amazing. Very natural and strong.
Will not get my nails done anywhere else! Cindy does such an awesome job and there is always so much attention to detail, every nail is shaped perfectly every time. My nails were horrible and damaged and now they’re strong and healthy! Wide range of colour choices for SNS and the shop is always so clean and tidy.
Wonderful. Helped me after a bad experience with a different nail salon. Cindy knew exactly what to do and I left so happy with the results. Her attention to detail is something else. Highly recommend this business to anyone who wants a professional service with a wonderful attitude from all the staff.

Queens Nails & Beauty is hands down the best nail salon in Townsville! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s clean, professional and has a huge array of Shellac and SNS colours to choose from.
