The Exceptional Support and Professional Manner of Service with the repair of my phone at the Sydney Repair Centre in North Sydney is definitely the best service I've ever had!! The meticulous care and effort that I received, I have not experienced anywhere else!! The delicate care and assistance in attending to my phone repair is more than I could have asked for. All the associates, in particular Danny Karouz, took time to thoroughly explain the situation with my phone and repaired it without any concerns or time delays. In addition, the cost was very reasonable and the actual repair of my cracked screen was of a very high quality not like some places I know with cheap materials and labour plus ridiculous fees to match it!! The Sydney Repair Centre should be highly commended for their services to us. Thank you Danny and your Associates!!!

Thank you Danny, TJ and the rest of your team!! My laptop (no power) was fixed here. They took time to inspect it. They told me what happened, what needs to be done and gave me a quote first, checked it with me before anything else, which I really appreciate. Price they charge is very reasonable for the quality service they provide. I was told by others that my laptop was good for the rubbish after 15 minutes of taking out the battery and RAM and just basically plugging it in and out of the power outlet. This the place you can go to straight away when you need help or advise on what you need to do with your laptop. They tend to get a bit busy because many people trust them and wants their service but their service and advise is worth the wait. They are friendly, honest and very reliable. I highly recommend this place

My computer is definitely on its last legs, which I accept. All the 'professional' advice I'd been given has been to throw it away. I asked T.J. if there was any way he could fix it, just to last until I could buy a new one. For under 200, and in less than 2 days, he has it up and running and believes it will last another year! I'm in awe! I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Thank you

Danny and the boys deliver customer service second to none. Where Samsung charged more, told me all data was to be deleted and it was going to take 2-3 days, Danny had it fixed within a day without needing to reset anything. Will definately come back if I have any phone, laptop issues in the future. I was also given a lender phone for the day, top notch customer service. Much appreciated.
