after 2 years of trades I am slowly getting out - the website is comprehensive albeit quirky, the customer support is polite but not very helpful, the fees really get me - the calculation of % gain are wrong and have caused me to incorrectly trade many times causing me massive losses.

Maybe you will be able to sell the shares, maybe not. Entire nab trade platform is doing and has been doing very weird things - you click one ticker to trade and something else pops up try again and some another company pops up. -That is obviously if you are able to log in your self. Parts of the code are visible on the trading side like some bracket at the left bottom edge of the screen, or literally exposed parts of the code visible on the site. I really feel unsettled having my money there. I'm thinking how is all this possible? How comes it doesn't happen to comsec or even smaller trading platforms. Who is NAB hiring to maintain all IT issues, marine biologists or local butchers?
Works perfectly fine. No issues at all.
NABTRADE totally died today. I couldn't place order and sell my shares. No phone or email respond. I'm not surprise how bad they are, but I really surprise that no news i can find on internet.
Two days in a row I've been on hold trying to get through for more than 40mins. How is this acceptable?
