They generally are good but they are now holding our refund money from a cruise line for many months. Makes you consider dealing direct with cruise lines for if we had we would have had our refunded cruise money 3 months ago.

I would've like to give Cruise1st 0 stars. After cruise1st cancelled our cruise last year on 29th July, we were told we would get a full refund once the airline and the hotel in Singapore (Qantas - who have refunded the money to cruise1st) had refunded the money to them. We were then advised in October (3 months later) that it could take 14 - 16 weeks for the refund to come through. After enquiries this month I received an email today (17/3//2021) saying it would take ANOTHER 14-18 weeks to refund our money (2,060). Patience aside, if it takes 9 months to refund money to customers I have little faith in the company's ability to run a successful business. We usually take 2 overseas trips a year and as we've aged taken more cruises. We'll definitely be looking anywhere other than with cruise1st for our trips in future. Think twice about using this company for your trips.
Absolutely poor customer service. We have been waiting for a refund for about a year now. Sorry, we just called and Jess corrected us, 11mths- not a year yet! Mum booked a cruise for April last year, it was cancelled due to Covid, and we are still waiting. There was an error on their behalf, and still we are told to just wait for the refund. Every time we call, we are told to call back in two weeks, and we are progressing in the cue. Apparently no one has answers, I can only email feedback and hopefully they will reply (I’ve emailed previously with no reply, but Jess don’t care!)
We have been trying to get a refund for 6 months. No joy. They keep saying it is being processed and will two to three weeks. Louise at the call centre was very rude. No one answers our calls or emails. When we threaten to complain we get a generic computer reply. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
Services? Only interested in taking your money. Show no customer care. Say can't refund as waiting for other providers to return your money when we have proof those providers already have! Don't believe a word these people tell you. Refunds will take up to 14weeks ? And that was now 8 weeks ago. They have the money just keeping it as long as they can! Never again booking through this company!
it's been 29 weeks since our cruise was cancelled. Tried to ring today and after 10 minutes the line just disconnects. Don't lie to your customers that it's going to take 12 weeks for refunds. Even today, while on hold your message system explains that waiting time for refunds is now around 20 weeks.
Avoid this company if you can. YOU will be greatly disappointed. All the google feedback (esp the negative ones) are true.
Very dissatisfied been trying to contact Cruise 1st by phone and emails for four months with no response, all I get is a recorded message, and a computer generated email reply, unable to talk to a human, sick of machine reply. Very angry customer.
