Cardiology at The Mater

I would just like to thank the staff in the Mater Cardiology. I am a patient of Dr Ruchin and he put two stents in my heart about a year ago. Yesterday I went to my G.P. as I had chest pains for a few days. He rang Mater Cardiology and I was seen by Dr Hungerford. As you might imagine I was a concerned about what was happening to me but Dr Hungerford soon made me feel at ease with her kind caring demeanour. It turned out to be muscular and not cardiac. I would like to add that everybody in The Mater Cardiology are lovely, professional people that genuinely care for their patients , from the reception staff to the doctors and everybody in between. The one thing that impacted me was that, there is a high degree of genuine kindness, not only in Cardiology but throughout the whole hospital as well.
