I bought my luggage in this store in two different occasions, the staff was always nice. The prices are also good.

Worst customer service ever. The 2 women in the shop had zero care about selling anything to anybody. They were more keen on getting the customers out the shop even if nothing was bought. Like the comment below - we felt like we were inconveniencing the women a lot. They were also rolling their eyes at some young kids who were looking at bags. We just left. Never going there again. Would give zero stars if I could !
Good customer service helped to get what I need
terrrrrible customer service! When you walk in, you definitely feel like an inconvenience walking into somebody’s workplace. The two ladies give zero attention or friendliness to customers. Overly flustered and no eye contact. I was prepared to spend up to 1,000 for my luggage... but they couldn’t care less, they happily let me walk out.
