I was in customer service for 3 years and I still remember my basic responsibilities of being a floor sales staff: 1) Greet the customer with a smile and ask if they need assistance 2) Try to find customers needs and explain the products 3) If the customer is asking to try something look for her/his size and find the product .... My message to the lady with short hair and eyeglasses: You didn’t do any of the above with a grumpy attitude like i’m wasting your precious time, so if you don't really like customer service then look for another job or try to learn the basics at least. My message to the manager: Honestly, when I enter Kathmandu, there is always someone to assist with relatively good attitude. That’s the only reason I prefer going there. Macpac products are made of high-quality materials and your store is very organised. Maybe spending some time to train your staff would be helpful to compete with rivals. Hope this helps. Cheers,
