I am going through perimenopause and have been going for massages and cupping for months thinking it will sort my cramps and lower back pain, however it did not help. Did some research and came across Janene's site and thought I give it a go today. Janene is friendly and well versed in what she does, she was very accurate with her diagnosis. Janene is full of life and energy and passes this on to each of her clients. I had unexplained pain in my upper back which she skillfully treated with a massage and (my first time) accupunture. She also 'diagnosed' and taught me about how that particular spot in Chinese Medicine stores a certain emotion and it was surprisingly true indeed that I was dealing with this emotion at that moment in my life! While the needles did their work, she put on a guided meditation for me to fully relax. After she took out the needles, my back instantly felt less painful and I felt my whole self less tense, instead more present and calm. Everything seemed slowed down after that treatment, as if I had just awaken from 100 years of deep sleep. I have so much respect for her holistic approach to health, she emphasizes the importance of a healing diet and self-care. Thank you so much for that healing experience, Janene!

Janene not only has healing hands but she is a healing and soothing soul to be around. I have a re-occurring knee injury that nothing has seemed to fix, after Janene did some acupuncture on it, I can do things with a lot more ease and comfort. She mixed me up some bruise cream as I bruise easily, also helped me become more self aware of my body and taught me about which essential oils and foods I should take/use to heal. Janene is an extremely professional, knowledgeable and sincere lady and I would highly highly recommend her holistic healing centre. Janene is great! Every time I come here she gives me acupuncture, a great massage and super-smelling aromatherapy. One day I'll actually stay awake long enough to hear what the meditation tape says! But really, does it matter? I know I come out feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready to face the challenges life throws at me.
I was recommended to A Holistic Healing Centre by a close family member, after having a history of issues with my back and right arm. I have had a few acupuncture seasons with Janene, not only was she able to relieve the pain I had been suffering from in my arm and back, she also identified other areas which I was unaware that I was holding tension in. This also lead to the my demise of migraines. Janene is a great healer and a beautiful person she made me feel relaxed took time to understand my issues. I highly recommend A Holistic Healing Centre.
I had a migraine for 3 days so decided to see someone more holistic around the Ryde area, and I'm so glad I came here. Cosy relaxing atmosphere with meditation music and no sound of busy shopping centres etc. I could fully relax and surround myself in the aromas picked especially for me. Headache gone after that one acupuncture & massage session plus felt overall happier after the following sessions. Would recommend for anyone wanting a truly spiritual and relaxing medical session with decades of experience and wisdom. Also thank you for the bruise cream (I bruise so easily!). She has it all :)!
