I could not love this place more! I was hesitant to try it out but a friend encouraged me to do a trial. I was instantly made to feel welcome by everyone at the studio. Instructors are warm, knowledgeable and encouraging with huge hearts and huge smiles. They have a really good understanding of how to help you achieve, and are just so kind and patient. The facility is beautiful, clean, well lighted and has everything you would want. All of the ladies who work out here are so nice and supportive. The owner is lovely and highly responsive to customer inquiries and needs. Prices are fair, and well worth it. Good variation in classes and levels.
