Top party place!! We took our 10 year old and his buddies to Player 1 for a party, and it was so great. Michael and Amanda are the best hosts and the food and drink offering was perfect. They were incredibly accommodating and friendly and they made the party experience a breeze for the parents and great fun for the kids. The range of games is superb. Great for the adults to reconnect with some old classics, and kids can chose from current and retro options. Definitely highly recommend. Thank you!

Had a great birthday party at Player 1. My son and his 12 friends had a great time with all the old school video games. Michael and Amanda were welcoming, helpful and had good coffee for the parents. It was a memorable experience for everyone. Thanks!

Fantastic music school. My boys both have piano lessons and their teacher is amazing and constantly inspiring my boys. I am constantly amazed at what they achieve with her help. The place itself is welcoming and fun for all ages. Computer games galore to keep the kids and parents busy around lessons. Great coffee made at the cafe with Michael and Amanda the owners always welcoming and helpful. Totally a place you should check out. The kids will love it. They even do birthday parties.

With the idea of “leaning in” to our kids’ time with technology, I sent my two younglings in to Player 1 last week for “games day”. Coming home with the biggest smiles on their faces, it seems the day was a complete success! Amanda and Michael were incredibly friendly and I felt completely at ease leaving the kids there to play to their hearts content with games I once cherished myself! Old and new combined to make a great day ... thanks Player 1!!

BEST PARTY JOINT AROUND! I asked my son Jackson if he enjoyed his 15th birthday on the way home tonight and his response was “Hell yeah! I wanna do this again next year!” There’s your recommendation right there! Thanks for such a fabulous time Michael & Amanda. Everyone said how wonderful it was to take a trip down memory lane with all your marvelous vintage games and we all felt so relaxed and comfortable... it was like an extension of our lounge room! It was absolutely and if Jackson has anything to do with it, we'll be back next time! But while I'm here, I want to recommend Player 1 to anyone looking for an inspiring and fun place for not just kids, but anyone to learn music. Michael is such an incredible role model to kids of all ages. I've never had to worry if I am late collecting my son as I know he's safe AND having a blast. In fact he asks me to be late so he can have an old fashioned milkshake made with love and play games from my childhood while he's waiting! He loves that place so much... He learns piano with Adele and I've never once needed to tell him to practice -- he is naturally inspired to. I've recommended Player 1 to many people and those who've taken up my recommendations have quickly become part of the Player 1 family. I've even recommended a friend's mum who is 75 and enjoying learning piano again. She's introduced her granddaughter and it goes on from there... Part of me wants to keep you to ourselves so you don't get too popular, but the other part wants to shout about you from the rooftops because you really deserve it! Don't change a thing Player 1...

Player1 is a great store if you're into retro gaming from Sega to Nintendo to Sony and Microsoft consoles and games. It is amazing!
