If I could leave 0 stars I for this business I would. What an absolute abhorrent Director, I’m absolutely disgusted. I was a regular visitor to this salon for approximately 6 months with no issues at all, Lisa was wonderful for extensions. I recently visited the salon to try a lash lift. I had a different therapist whom was clearly inexperienced in this service. My lashes were curled back into themselves, bent and frizzled. I kindly contacted the salon to advise what happened and that I was unhappy. I was met with no initial reply and when I followed up a second time, the Director text messaged me (an unusual method of communication considering the situation) and I was disgusted with her response. NO apology, NO offer to have me come back in to have them fixed or relaxed, just that she would process a refund, that I was breaking the policy and agreement of consulting to a lash lift (I didn’t sign anything and she wouldn’t/couldn’t provide me with any such agreement) AND to top it off, told me to never come back - aka ‘find another therapist outside of their salon’). I have no words. Shocked, disheartened, embarrassed and quite frankly never in my life dealt such terrible customer service and aftercare considering I have been a loyal and happy customer to date. BEWARE! EDIT*** I have never, ever blackmailed anyone or business in my life. I can’t believe the lies an individual in a professional industry would make on a public forum to soften the blow of a poor review. I little bit of advice, take some lessons in customer service and when someone complains, take it, fix it, and learn from it. Customer satisfaction is your bread and butter and lying doesn’t go down well. I’ll be heading to consumer affairs for this one. Shocking.

I have been coming here for quite some time now and loved how Sandra did my henna brows . Always walked out happy . I was sad to hear Sandra had left and was a little nervous having someone else last night ... didn’t need to worry! I Had the beautiful Laura do them and they are so good. Such a perfectionist.. I would highly recommend her . Always on time .. very professional and beautiful customer service . Keep up the good work girls

Best place in Perth for fabulous tans and lashes. I had tan, eyelash tint and lift plus eyebrow shape just before Xmas. I felt like a million dollars. Professional and friendly service. Excellent value for money. Thanks guys.

Lisa beautifully tinted my brows exactly how I wanted them for my wedding. She also did a spray tan for me the same day and told me everything I need to know from how to choose a tan to how to keep the tan nice and make it last longer which was good because it was my first time spray tan. I was worried at first because I have scars that make me feel insecure but Lisa was professional and made me feel so comfortable, I completely forgot about the scars. I also have had Laura doing my lashes several times. I only ever go to Estonian girls because I am super fussy about my lashes and have had too many bad experiences in other salons. She makes me feel pretty and does her job with passion. Big thanks for both girls, I will definitely be coming back! I would give 10 starts if I could!

I have been coming here since they shared with the Brazilian place on the corner years ago. The Estonian girls are fully dedicated to Lashes and put their heart into what they do - its amazing how they work! I've tried their newer place in the city which is bigger I keep coming back here, it's been in North Perth forever and I love the buzz during Saturday appointments!
