If I could give this company less than 1 star, I would. They have continually messed me around with appointment times and cancellations. And their online portal is atrocious. I would not recommend.
Special mention for Bianca.. extremely professional & friendly service. I find her to be personable and sincere about my recovery.
Chris was incredible. Helped me to run again when another very experienced physio and a sports specialist said I should never do it again, and would always be in pain if I did. I now can run faster than ever, with no pain, and am loving the sense of achievement and freedom. Highly highly recommend
Dear North Perth BB, I am waiting for my overdue revised letter of already 3 weeks for my GP. I spoke to Rhiannon the manager regarding who assured me this would be completed, however to date it hasn't regardless of my followup emails. My first letter that I requested on my initial visit which was very important was 8 weeks overdue and lacking the specific details required/requested, I am now waiting on the revised version as promised. I am unable to escalate the matter any further, hence the review - please sort this out today.
I have been going to Happy Physio North Perth for about a year. It is always a pleasure dealing with any staff member from this company. You can tell everyone is passionate about their job and the clients. I've been seeing Ellie and have had great results with treatment for a shoulder and knee problem. Thank you to Flora and Maria for always being so vibrant and helpful.
Best physio I have ever been to. From the moment you walk in the door you are made to feel apart of the happy physio family Had such positive results from seeing Alex on a weekly basis and currently in training for my police physical test. Without the continued support of all staff I wouldn't be in the position I am, of smashing my goals Couldn't speak more highly of this place. What makes it different is that they actually care and genuinely help to improve all areas of your life. Love Happy Physio North Perth definitely the best team around
Best Physio I have been to! When I first came in, I was limping because of a sharp pain in my foot. I had previously had a cortisone shot 5 years prior which helped but eventually the pain came back. I realize now that it was just a temporary fix and I would need to seek another option. At the first appointment, my physio, Bree, assessed me and carefully explained exactly what was going on and the steps I had to take in order to get better. It wasn't easy but as each session went by, I got stronger and now I'm pain free and no longer limping! Huge thanks to her for educating me on my body and getting me to where I wanted to be. Glad to say I won't need another cortisone shot! Secondly, everyone who works there is so friendly and professional. I have never been in more of a warm and welcoming environment. Lastly, big thanks to Anna as well! Never knew how good a massage could be till I saw her and now I refuse to go anywhere else or see anyone else. Thank you Happy Physio! Would highly recommend for everyone to try this place.
