During the purchase of the car the guys here were great and helpful. However, before the delivery of my brand new CX9, they attempted to polish my car (not sure why) and have burnt through the clear coat on the bonnet in a number of spots. Contacted the dealer, and Mazda Australia. Caution to anyone buying a car here! Make sure you inspect your car thoroughly. If you notice any swirl marks, or anything slightly strange, do not accept the vehicle. The dealer applies a liquid detailing solution before you pick up the vehicle, which will hide most of any imperfections. Ask them to take the car into the sunlight before you drive away. Now dealing with Mazda Australia to have the issue rectified...

Went to a couple of car dealerships before visiting West End Mazda Parramatta. Arrived at their shop 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday. Sam greeted us and eagerly showed us the car that we are eyeing for. He was able to explain clearly all the features and different variants of the specific model. I was expecting our car shopping experience to last a couple of weeks or months. But Sam gave us a great offer we can't refuse. He made our first brand new car shopping experience the best one and we made our decision in less than an hour. If you want your buying experience like ours, go straight to this dealership and look for Sam!

Just avoid and go to other Mazda dealerships. Once you sit down inside, they don't want you to leave. The salesmen and women try to humiliate and bully you into signing contracts acting very unprofessional. Unfortunately, most of the salesmen are Middle Eastern and are very proud of themselves, laughing in your face. If you are looking to buy here, do a test drive, give a fair offer, give your phone number, leave the place and buy somewhere else.

Bought the car from this dealership 3 years and 6 months ago. At my last service they couldnt hear the noise i could. now 10k later and outside of warranty they can. Mazda Australia took 17 days to decide to put the cost to repair/replace back on me and now i am stuck with my car in pieces at Parramatta and a 14 day wait for NSW Fair Trading to look at my issue. Be warned if you go longer than 10,000 km between services apparently the oils are no good? Wonder if the oil companies are aware of their sub par product?
