We moved in yesterday. The apartment does not have the dishwasher that it was supposed to have. There is no plug for the bath tub and the kitchen sink. The bathroom basin plug does not fit the bath or kitchen sink either. This makes it very hard to clean used crockery and to give our young children a bath. The shower is filthy. Therefore my husband and I have not had a shower. It is 11am on the day after we moved in to stay. Despite numerous phone calls to management, nothing has been done to rectify the situation.

If there was a zero I would rate it . Misleading pictures of apartments. Nothing like the picture that was advertised. Very dirty . Half of the blinds was broken so couldn't even close the whole thing when the sun was shining. They didnt come for room service. So the towels we had , we had to reuse it for 6 days. No air conditioning in the rooms. Very poor service . WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO BOOK.
This hotel is a scam looks nothing like in the picture In fact 10x Worse in fact there is no room service. Recommend not to book
Good place to stay.. Little far from city, just 2.5 km, but the view from the house towards the park was very nice.
False advertisment of pictures, room hasnt been cleaned while we were out and overall i advise you to not book this place.
Das Appartement hat alles was benötigt wird und teilweise wurde auch schon renoviert, bei meinem Appartement z.b das Bad neu gefliest. Allerdings ist der Teppich schon ziemlich abgenutzt und verschmutzt. Die Anlage liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ca.15 Gehminuten zum Zentrum von Parramatta. Ansonsten ist es halt Australischer Standard und als ich im Winter hier war schon mal recht frisch im Appartement.
