Joe is very savvy problem solving. I called him from Orange NSW, explaining the problem I was having. He diagnosed the issue over the phone. I had the Car to him at Parramatta the next day. He was spot on after running the scanner looking for fault codes. The next day he had the Car running as good as new after replacing the fault parts. Thanks .Joe

My favourite place to take my Prado. Mehdi is a legendary mechanic who does an epic job time after time. Highly recommend this place especially if you have an automatic: ask about the transmission additive if your vehicle is shifting a little rough.
Since 2013 I’ve only taken my car to be serviced by Parramatta Automatics. Even when I resided in Bondi and in Monterey, NSW I still drove to North Parramatta for my car to be serviced. The chief Mechanic, Mehdi is honest, reliable and goes beyond and above. For example I had a problem with my tail shaft which was serviced by another mechanic and unfortunately instead of doing what was required it made the situation worse which Mehdi brought to my notice. This stressed me out and my anxiety levels went up, however with the calm and professional manner of Mehdi reassuring me that he would fix it minimised my anxiety levels. And that he did, as my car felt like I was driving a Tesla after he fixed it. Thankyou Mehdi for your help and keep up the good work. As long as I’m residing in NSW I will continue to bring my car for you to service. I highly recommend Parramatta Automatics for all your car issues including new blue/green slip or renewals.
Took my Renault here which had issues that others were not able to diagnose and fix. Craig and his mechanic are nice to deal and professional. They diagnosed the problem and were able to fix the issue. Highly recommended.
I've been having ongoing issues with my car. I took the car here and they were so helpful! I have recently moved to the area but I'm confident I have found somewhere to take my car to for all maintenance requirements. They really seem to care about helping people and ensuring the cars that pass through their shop are safe. I am going to be recommending to all my family and friends!
380 to change spark plugs that didn't need changing. The same issue happened again other mechanic just cleaned them and the car worked again. It was a different issue which they knew about. Included in this price was 160 just to use the same computer system my last 4 mechanics haven't charged for. A complete waste of money.
Good Eye for Detail and Polite. Pleasant to deal. Found Parramatta Automatics on google search and figured give it a try. Craig and Joe was surprisingly polite and helpful. Took time even chat about the history of the vehicle. Carried out an engine oil and filter change. Discovered there was metal shavings from the thread. Craig and Joe re-threaded the oil pan, rinse the shavings and fitted a new size nut. Joe noticed the coolant running a bit low and advised nothing to worry about, just a worn coolant cap at which I was able to top up myself later.
Asked for a quote for a transmission flush over the phone to quote me one price and overcharge me on the job completion. No complaints on the job done but make sure you get a clear quote before you go there. But I would not bother going back again.
