I ordered online and got the email from Roxanne two days later, she emailed me the things I order is out of stock, would I want get beige one instead. I replied can you please sent out the one you have and refund the one out of stock. She wrote me back “there is no reason to refund”. Seriously you run out of stock and told your customer it’s no reason to refund. It’s ridiculous how they treat their customer. Push people to get the things they didn’t order. It’s really disappointing. Poor customer service, the worst shopping experience ever.
