Staff are lovely and the charges are fair. My cat doesn't find vet visit stressful and that can be attributed to the care the vet shows her.

Lovely receptionists and a lovely Veterinarian who took care of our cat. She was very gentle and kind and understanding when our cat was shy.
There are plenty of vets within 5 KM of where I live but I travel 21KM to Frank Samways because I am 100% confident in the vet's knowledge and skills. They never rush and always take time to answer all my questions. A.
Friendly staff and a vet:) my first time visiting here to get my adopted boy a vaccination. Price was reasonable. A bit more than the regular vet I used to go but understandable as they help homeless dogs and do so much for them! Happy to pay a tiny bit more!
My experiences have overall been great, the last vet was particularly sweet with my new adoptee and I particularly like that the funds assist The Lost Dogs Home, for that reason alone as well as the service I would return.
The staff at Frank Samways went absolutely above and beyond for us while our pup was alive. They always took the time to make sure we understood our treatment options for her issues, and were forthcoming about the cost and realities of each option. The care, warmth and professionalism that every single person at the clinic displayed during our dog’s final moments will stay with me forever. In my experience, this is a vet where you can really trust your animal friends (and you) will be treated with individual and personalised care, respect and empathy.
