I bought one of your products from Supercheap Auto,Capalaba, a Male 90deg Elbow 5/16 Hose x 1/8 BSP P/NO HC34. Whilst it is exactly what I needed, when I went to find a tap I realised the thread is actually a 1/8 NPT thread. Whilst this is very similar, the drill size is 8.2mm for an NPT and 8.8mm for a BSP. Also the NPT is a 60 deg thread angle and a BSP is a 55 degree thread angle, so it would not fit properly. Just thought you would like to know. Regards Steve
I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I stood and waited for fifteen minutes in their “shop” while I watched people working less than five metres away. I rang their service bell which sounds out across the whole factory three times with no response. I asked the workers right next to me how long I might need to wait to be served and they looked at me and ignored my questions. They Obviously have their big customers and don’t care about servicing customers off the street. This is the first time I have ever left anything except a five star review but needed to do so due to this companies exceptionally bad customer service. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Walked in. Found exactly what I needed. Guy at the counter was friendly and helpful. Their selection is massive, and walk-in shop hours are now 9:00am to 4:30pm M-F.
Not open between 11am and 1pm. Not advertised on Google information properly. Now I'll have to drive to the other side of town.
