The owner, Anthony, has an excellent range of techniques and will teach multiple different attacks and defences from the same situation to help increase your awareness of the various options and counters available. His methods are fast paced and very effective. His wife Nikki is also extremely welcoming and helpful, making this a fantastic training facility.

Avoid at all cost. Disgusting service. We took our girl out of the class and called and emailed we were doing so. A year later they were still taking their fees by DD. After discovering the DD we asked them to stop but Anthony REFUSES to reimburse a years worth of fees! Admittedly we didn’t notice for a year but thought any REASONABLE business owner would understand and reimburse for classes unattended or at least offer something (anything) in return ... but no. Anthony claims he doesn’t keep attendance records (pretty sure that’s not legal for an 8 year old by the way). But has blatantly refused to repay money he has happily taken. The classes were ok. Not great ... not bad. Our daughter lost interest. I’m astounded this guy is in business. Were are completely reasonable people but this guy is not. Avoid at all cost.

I had the pleasure of training at Lange’s some years ago for a brief period of 6 months in 2015. Anthony is the OG BJJ school in NSW and has a strong team of various ranks, who all train smart, with an impressive number of ninjas training well into their 50s and 60s. The curriculum to blue belt, being under Will-Machado lineage is extremely structured and logical. Training is safe, carefully monitored and thoroughly effective. Now if I could somehow get it verified that I was once a Lange’s White 4-striper, I’ll be pleased as punch . Deep bows.
