Bought a roof rack from Wolf 4x4 and had them install it yesterday. The guys were helpful with information before I ordered it, gave me a loan car for the day of installation and were just generally helpful and good to deal with. I will be using them again for the next mod I do.

Poor service, lack of communication. Ordered 3k worth of suspension early December, told 1 month wait, early Jan. Covid delays. Early Jan I sent an email and they said in a few weeks it will arrive. Now it's end of Jan and I have heard nothing from wolf 4x4. I sent another email asking were my order is. They replied quick saying the order is delayed due to the order being split into 2 containers. Only 1 container arrived, the 2nd is in customs being held for up to 3 weeks. The 2nd container had my order of suspension. I asked why I'm only being informed of this delay after I contacted them today. They replied saying they only just found out today...... After that response from wolf 4x4, I called the suspension company/supplier and they confirmed it has nothing to do with anything mentioned above. The supplier confirmed it's a delay on a part of the suspension kit, which will take another 2 weeks to arrive to their warehouse. Another 3 weeks to my door... So all up it will be 2 n half to 3 months before I get my order.. Due to the long delay, no contact and being misinformed when contacted, I asked for a refund via email and they called. At the end of the call Rowan proceeded to inform me that I have no patience.... and hung up on me! I've waited 2 months to be told it will be another month delay and apparently I have no patience....

I have been meaning to post a review for awhile now! A few months ago I took my Amarok in for a much needed lift and new wheels. I still remember the day I walked in to pick my ute up. I was sitting in my wife's car as we pulled into the Wolf4x4 entrance. I saw the Amarok there ready for pickup and was wrapped with how it looked. I then turned to look at my wife, who was just giving me a look disbelief. As a father I deny everything that happened next, but the words she spoke were (and I quote), "Our poor children. You didn't even look this happy the day they were born". Haha need I say more? The team at Wolf4x4 are extremely professional and always happy to help. I've called them about a million times hassling them about Amarok accessories and related information. I wouldn't trust my ute with anyone else. Keep up the good work fellas!

Latest Update I called Rowan this morning chasing the parts. He was still making excuses that the supplier still hasn't sent the parts and could not give me an answer as to their whereabouts. I have demanded a refund, Rowan advised they would start the refund process but couldn't give me a time when I would receive it. Interestingly, Rowan advised that because of my first negative review, they were considering cancelling my order. Great customer response to criticism. Twice I have ordered parts from Wolf 4x4, one went well, the other is still going. A week and a half ago, after promising the parts were on their way from the supplier, yesterday I was told they are still being manufactured and wont be ready for at least two weeks. I have been dealing with Rowan, who constantly blames the supplier and accepts no responsibility for the misleading information. Yesterday, I requested a refund from Rowan, who emailed advising they wouldn't provide a refund until they get a credit from the supplier. I have passed that email onto Fair Trading. I suggest making sure they have the item in stock before passing over your credit card details.
