From the moment I spoke to Reece on the phone and told him about my hot water system not working he provided an authentic, professional and friendly service. The best customer service I've experienced from any plumber and I know because I called about five before I found Reece. I called RJT Plumbing at 9am and the problem was fixed by 11am the same day. Highly recommend, great customer service and prices.

We had a leaking pipe in the roof which I discovered by accident and called Reece. He went of his way and was out within the hour and was up in the roof repairing it with no fuss or stress. Great work done at a great price! We should have called Reece ages ago, but we put up with inconsistent water temperature thinking it would be a big expensive fix - it wasn’t! Reece fixed it up for us quickly and at a very affordable price. Would 100% recommend him and use him again.
Reece seems very professional and I was very happy with his service. He replaced our kitchen mixer with a much better quality mixer and also replace the aerators on our bathroom sink taps. we have much better water pressure as the old aerators had perished and were full of gunk. He also replaced some o rings in our outside taps as they were leaking from the stems. I would recommend Reece to anyone and would never hesitate to call him again if we need any plumbing work done. We had very low water pressure throughout the house, smelly drains in the bathrooms at times and our ‘inspection opening point’ in the front yard needed repair and lowering as it stuck up a good 8-10 cms in the grass. A day and time was agreed upon and Reece was very prompt to that appointment. He was friendly, knowledgeable and handled the repairs in a quick and efficient manner. We now have excellent water pressure throughout the house, even with both showers and/or dishwasher is running, and our drains don’t smell anymore. The ‘inspection opening point’ repair has made it a breeze to mow the lawn around it now. We really appreciate the work that was done. Thanks again Reece!
