Have been using petstock grooming for our dog for nearly 1 year. Friendly service. Dog is happy to attend. They wash him give him a tidy up and clip his nails. He always walks out of there happy and swaying his backside from one side to the other as if to say look at me!! Great service. They even all remember his name.

Manager very helpful with my issue about my fish tank. His knowledge saved me over 200 - instead of replacing a LED light unit the Manager worked out that it only needed a new power adaptor (30!). Very happy customer - thank you!!!
The store is big. Has their vets attached. Dog bath wash available indoors. Lots of brand to choose from. Their member rewards system is excellent.

This is an amazing store and definitely worth the drive over there. The staff were more than accommodating, I left there feeling like a valued customer. I will continue to go out of my way just to shop at this store in future. Don't let the bad experience of shopping at Lawnton store turn you off petstock.. the staff at North Lakes will go above and beyond to help you.
Always got warm smiles and nice customer service there. I usually stop for just a quick top up on food for my different critters, I bought fish on occasions as they appear to be on top of it at that particular location.
The PETStock team are so very kind and incredibly professional. It's fab to find a team who listens and takes a holistic approach to furbaby health care. Even the super anxious Pen the Manx was happy - rare outcome with complete strangers. Thank you team!
