Bit expensive but burgers really fill you up, heaps of options including different options for buns (regular sized bun, big bun, GF bun or wholegrain bun) Have a small variety of international drinks Aswell. Parking can be a bit tough during peak hours. May have to park next door. Can be a long wait when busy but is worth the wait.

We were served by a blonde haired gentleman tonight who had fantastic customer service skills! Very genuine, friendly interaction. Our meals were fantastic and made relatively quickly in comparison to our usual experience with Getta Burger (always a wait but always worth it!!) And we liked that this store had a couple of indoor seats as the one that we frequently doesn't. Will never stop praising this business for it's vego & vegan options! Keep evolving, we love ya!
Have been a big fan of Getta Burger for years (previously visited Bridgeman Downs store prior to Northlakes store) however the Northlakes store misses the mark. Waited 20 minutes after placing a phone order only to find that our food had been sitting ready to pickup the entire time. Had asked twice whether our food was ready and was told not far off. Lady at the front counter looked new and inexperienced, and appeared not to know how to check who's order was who's (there was atleast 6 other orders sitting ready to go). Other staff would just walk past and not help, grabbed one eventually who confirmed our order was ready and sitting there. For over 80 worth of food very poor service. Not the first time I've experienced poor service at this store in particular. Burgers are nice, but the Northlakes store is poorly managed. I'll make the drive to one of the other Getta Burger stores in the future. It's a shame because I know the owners care a lot about quality and service, but with expanding stores service quality is inconsistent.
Probably the worst burger I have ever had and I couldn't finish it. Had a brisket burger and pretty much all of it was grissle/fat. Was dissapointed and assume it was a just a one off and I got unlucky looking at the other reviews here.
Best tasting burgers i have ever had! They are always perfect everytime, we come here a few times a month. Always super friendly & chefs big tick 100% on point. Thank you. 5 Stars
Great staff, fantastic food, but due to the popularity it can take some time to get your order. But worth the wait. There is some seating available but the parking is terrible. Best to park at McDonald’s and walk up. They have new menu with chicken burgers and toasty‘ snow and they have a burger of the week that is always worth a try.
The food is great the staff really lovely highly recommend it.
