I am here to say a big thank to the staff Claire working in your customer service. During this tough period, its even tougher to a female to run and understand everything which I have never been dealing with before. Claire was so warm and patient to me on the phone when I was so worried also lost when some strange stains developing wildly on the wall of my swimming pool. And she was even more thoughtful to tailor my order form in order to drop down my financial pressure. She was so patient to anwser all my silly questions which makes my feel confident that I can be independent despite with zero pool knowledge. Thank you Clair and thank you to all the staff who helped us in the past.

The ruddest lady i have ever had to deal with no idea what she was talking about. Going by the feedback I'am not the only one who has had to talk with the rude arse lady in the shop. The one and only service they did they entered without telling me there coming and left my pool gate open to top it off.. Good to see such awesome service from the counter to the pool its self..
