After looking around for 8 days this was the worst business I have encountered.AVOID avoid AVOID better off buying somewhere else
I've actually bought couple of Four Poster Beds off these blokes over the years and while there can be issues in the supply chain the quality and workmanship of the product that got delivered was 100%. I'm about to add another four poster to my household from these guys. Seriously, good beds, good prices, several ways to pay. Including AfterPay These guys are Awesome.
It is so good to browse in a store and chat with 'real people' who don't push sales. Very personable. Mind you the mostly Australian Made!!!!! furniture sells itself.

One of the worst places to buy any furniture from. Bought a mattress from them 4 years back with a 10 year warranty. When I rang them for a claim, they were like you will have to talk to the manufacturer. I send them all the invoice copies and then the shop guys tell me its only 5 years warranty on them. So i thought thats great, that its still under warranty if not 10, 5 is still good for me as well. After 10 mins again a change in mind from the shop keepers, ohhh this mattress has only got 2 years warranty and not 5. Just because they didn't wanted to process the claim, they kept on changing the warranty years. Very poor customer service. Please do not buy from them. The only good thing about them was free delivery 4 years back, so I gave them 1 star. Not at all happy. Not recommended
