never would I shop here again I had screen protectors put on my phones .after being told there was no difference between JB HIFI product and theirs. On return to get my phone the cheap junk screen protectors had a hole for the thumb print. it looked so bad. no refunds and poor service. only wish Icould give a 0 star

It makes me sad to give you 1 star but I had too to be able to put up this comment Just bought the new 10 plus phone thought I'd take it into mr phone at riverlink well what a nightmare that ended up being 1- walked out of JB with new phone straight to mr ph to get a tempered glass protector on by the guy there then go home.and noticed bubbles inbetween the screens 2- go back and get the young women to try and press the bubbles out so again we went home to find more bubbles grrr 3- off to riverlink once more and saw a man who replaced protector screen with a new one then continued to shop but before leaving the shops noticed again even more bubbles under the screen so went back again and the man there took the screen off and gave the phone an money back then turned his back to us and just blow us off so now no protection at all as I now have not ever the thin flim over my phones glass at all . You as a business should be shut down

Where do I even start. If I could rate this company a 0 I would. DO NOT GO HERE. I took my iPhone 7 Plus in to be repaired as the screen was broken. They replaced it, apart from some glue you could see around the speaker it looked fine. But the touch was awful, every time I typed my cursor would jump back to the start of a sentence. After taking it back and having it replaced again it continued. After approaching them for the third time they tried to tell me it was internal issue (mind you I continued using the phone after dropping it so it most certainly wasn’t) - after telling me I couldn’t get a refund I pointed out the policy the women had about refunds right behind her. From which she began to read her own policy - you think she would know what this is. Finally after getting almost all of my money back I took My phone to Happytell. The first thing they said was I don’t know who did this but it’s terrible and I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ve caused damage. The screws were put in diagonally instead of straight, there was no clear tape used (iPhones are supposed to have this) and this clearly explained why my phone was having issues. CLEARLY NOT INTERNAL. THIS RIP OFF SHOP NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Had my screen repaired & New battery in Iphone8... After this was done the screen just wasn't very responsive... returned to Riverlink & the guy said he will replace screen... arrived to pick up phone and he told me the battery had bulged and I should buy a new battery... Reminded him it was HE who put a new battery in a week ago... Eventually he replaced the battery; The new battery never seemed to last much longer than the original battery ... After about 15 days my phone would no longer charge at all... contacted Mr Phones by email (twice) & two phone calls (unanswered) - No response, will be going to the store today - EITHER WAY, THEY HAVE MADE MY PHONE FAR WORSE THAN IT WAS BEFORE I WENT THERE :(

Got a tempered screen installed. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, 15 minutes later (which normally takes about 4min) and 20 later, I discover the screen is unresponsive in areas, so removed their tempered screen and replaced it with one I purchased on ebay and works a treat. Sadly, I don't live close to this store and it'll cost me more in fuel, so a pure waste of 20. Just a pity I didn't see the other reviews before going to this shop. Obviously they have a problem with their products!

Sold me a screen tempered glass that I cant use or type with. (Had to use autocorrect fofor every word in this sentence!). I went back to let them know about the problem and they didnt offer a refund or replacement. Terrible service. Will not return
