From the moment I stepped into this excellent furniture store to the moment the furniture I purchased was delivered, the whole process was seamless and professional. They are really helpful & know the products they sell and were happy to answer questions. Our dining table arrived earlier than originally anticipated, was delivered by the store's own delivery staff (a very rare and unique thing in this day and age) & the after sales service was brilliant. The lady that works there was also very friendly and professional to deal with. I would not hesitate in dealing with them again in the future and highly recommend Euphoria to anyone looking for quality items and proper service that you will not get from, let's just say a "Hardly Normal" franchise.
Poor customer service, I was totally ignored. No 'hello, I be with you soon'....the staff member walked right past me and looked the other way after Id been there 5 mins and there were only 2 other customers in store.
