Tango beat the price I had been getting with my previous (low cost) provider. Straightforward pricing is definitely a plus (no discount gimmicks). Haven't dealt with the customer service much, but the onboarding process was smooth.

My bills for electricity have gone from.600 a quarter to around 270. The staff are great and the service is fast. Polite and friendly and always happy to help. Five stars are well earned.
Really disappointed I have been over 2 years with tango, and always paying on time , I find a better price else were so I decided to move. The 2 bills merged together as last bill and due date as 13/3/2021 total just 126 I received call today from debit collector for the amount which really upset me If you don't care about your customers it is ok But you must have policy in place and respect your bill due dates I would never join you again even if you the cheapest if the cheapest goodbay tango Zero customer care
Happy with my energy bill even though price increased after 12 months, had to call them for something and there customer service was discusting, rude and like she couldn't be bothered talking on the phone. Pick up your game bcoz if that happens again I'm moving companies

Always find these people lovely to deal with. Helpful, kind, patient and in Australia! Really nice to speak to and really helpful, especially in difficult times like now. Prices are good! Billing is clear and uncomplicated. Excellent base prices with no extra rubbish on the bill. Couldn't recommend these people more! Been with them 18-24 months and will continue to be with them. good old cust service at its best! was only on hold waiting for a rep for about a minute, nev was so helpful in my sorting out my problem. keep it up, this is how cust service should be!
I like these guys but i absolutley hate how difficult and glitchy their online payment system is. The system should automatically give you an invoice number and account number when press make payment. It should also give you a total amount to pay. I find myself delaying payment because the process takes so much time. I refuse to direct sebit.
