We had organized to retrieve my belongings from my car before it was taken to Melbourne on a Friday after an accident sent me to hospital. We were told to come in on the Monday and when i rang to confirm this on Monday morning they informed me that my car had been taken to Melbourne. No one contacted me to let me know even when an confirmation had been made from the Friday before. When i asked for explanation no one could answer me and i was treated really poorly by the person on the phone and turned it back on me like it was my fault. So now i have no car and have to try to get to Melbourne to collect my belongings. Will not recommend this company!!
They are not honest
Expensive and take advantage of people who have been forced to get their car towed.
