Not a pleasant topic however these guys have been who we have used for each of our family members who have passed. The staff are very professional and compassionate when dealing with you through a very difficult time. For one of the funerals I requested a 3 working day turnaround and they were able to accommodate it. The service room and meeting areas are very well kept and appropriate for people grieving. The viewings have always been managed well. Parking is not an issue as there is a car park and surrounding street parking. I have not needed to use this service since the recent new owners so cannot comment on them.

Fantastic bunch of people. Shame it is now owned by Invocare, who are a corporate group with a Board that know nothing about funerals, only how to make staff upsell. White Ladies is a prime example of how Invocare operate. I hope Invocare keep their noses out of Lesters and let staff keep going the way they were. Invocare have ruined many family owned businesses they have bought. The ACCC should grow some balls and stop this monopoly of the funeral industry in all of Australia by Invocare. Personal touch is fast disappearing.
The team at Lester & Son were amazing. Tony and Denys were so professional and compassionate whilst laying my grandmother to rest. The chapel service and the facilities were beautiful and I wouldn’t understand why you would go anywhere else. Thanks guys!
They are the compassionate caring wonderful people who have been outstanding in the way they have helped and supported my family ,I would recommend them to anyone.....
