Really amazing place to stay. The location is very central and the rooms are excellent. I booked the Spa Studio Hotel, very well presented clean. Had everything in the room you could think of. Thanks again and I will be back again soon!

Service Jo was 5 star with her service. Our plans changed due to COVID and over the phone Jo was able to organise date changes with our initial booking. When I met her in person, she was able to identify me quickly and continued with her friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable self. We then needed to extend our stay (due to COVID again) and Jo was helpful in making this happen with a smile on her face, and a caring considerate tone in her voice. Location For our stay it was the perfect location. Situated in a leafy street in walking distance from O'Connell street we were very happy. Room Spotless, comfortable and all the things you expect to find in a luxury accommodation venue (but without the luxury price tag!). Thick, soft and fluffy towels, coffee machine, automatic covers over the skylight, quality toiletries and even the little things like a small table in the bathroom to place items. It was also refreshing to see the 'mini bar' items were not your standard items. Facilities The venue also offers a laundry room and vending machines for snacks. There's not quite enough car parks for the number of rooms. We will definitely stay here again.
I struggle to review this place. Check in and check out were very easy. The rooms were spotless and in good condition. Locations was great. The vending machines were a nice touch. But the room was so small, I was kept awake all night by the people next door (thin walls), had to park 100 metres down the road as the park was full and it was under a flight path.
We stayed for two nights and completely enjoyed our visit. The staff are so welcoming and responsive to every request. North Adelaide is a great spot to be in. Very close to dining and shopping. A beautiful neighbourhood to walk through and explore. Yes they are under the flight path but this did not cause any problems at all. We actually thought it would be good to have a rooftop space to lounge and watch plans as they flew over. Will definitely recommend this place.

Clean and very modern rooms. Stayed in the spa suite and enjoyed the bathroom made for two. Bed was very comfortable with a selection of pillows. Rooms were quiet and set up with tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, and mini fridge. Easy walk to O'Connell Street and a quick trip into the CBD. Onsite parking was available and appreciated
Our studio boutique stay here was great! We're giving a 4 star (but actually wanted to give 4.5, the remaining 0.5 is for "room for improvement", as they say). The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious enough, well facilitated. We had a kitchenette which was handy for food preparation, etc. Our request prior to booking was also considered, which I was happy about. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Exceptional stay, Angela on reception was such a joy to deal with. The apartments are so clean and quiet. Make sure you take the bikes out for a ride .. we will be back . Thank you NABSA for our stay.
