Fantastic service every single time I use this clinic. The Doctors are caring and very knowledgeable. The Nursing staff are happy, kind and supportive. I know how hard it is to deal with the stress of pleasing the general public all day long - all of the staff here are pros! what a great team!

Would not book my son in as they said he wasn't a current patient...even though had been there before and was in the system. Won't take new patients. Went over to Noosaville 7 Day medical and they were fantastic. Glad though really, in the past always waited 45mins to see drs.

I called to ask if there was any doctor availability. After being asked why I needed a doctor, I explained that I had a worsening chest infection and needed antibiotics. I was then told by Lindy on reception that I had not been there before - when I asked when the next available appointment might me, I was told they were not accepting new patients. Don’t bother with this clinic, I found them rude and unaccommodating.

Doctors and other receptionists are fantastic but receptionist Sandy should not be in contact with customers, has a terrible manner and lets the place down by being short and rude. Shouldn’t be in customer service/reception.

Most responses to my complicated health problems are given the same response “call 000)Then I get taken to hospitals,checked over and told my GP should manage my symptoms!! Then discharged and it costs 93 for a taxi home. Not good enough.
