I booked an appointment with the Noosa Sun Doctors for my husband and I. The wait period was 3-4 weeks. We waited and two days before they cancelled the appointment, and offered appointments a further 4 weeks away. We had rearranged work, organised a flight home from work early to make the original booking. The receptionist was VERY rude and aggressive about it when we called to reschedule and I couldn’t believe the lack of professionalism and extremely poor customer service that she provided. I would not recommend the clinic purely based on those interactions.

Visited today, safe and hygienic (very clean) clinic. Ladies we’re lovely and David was a wonderful local, gentle, chatty and reassuring. Will refer them onto others for sure
I was five minutes late and had my appointment which I waited a month for, cancelled. Make sure you arrive early as they make no exceptions.
