Great service, celebrity treatment from the moment you walk in...nothing is too much trouble...great coffee and staff, Paul is so down to earth, was gonna purchase a vehicle elsewhere to which he genuinely recommended to research the said vehicle regarding certain mechanical issues...and he was right, my biggest concern was getting a lemon...test drove two other vehicles elsewhere priced roughly the same as the one Paul had on offer, wasn't convinced by either of them in terms of overall condition, which led me to go back to Paul and test drove the Honda Accord Euro...I was like...wow...this is what I want...I'm pretty fussy when it comes to quality build of a vehicle, the Honda has no rattles or anything that made my face cringe...awesome car, signed papers today...couldn't be happier...definitely recommend the team at Noosa Hyundai/Mazda...we'll be back

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and understanding from Hyundai and the way they have taken advantage of an 84 year old pensioner. Brand new car - (Actually second Brand new car, because the first one had engine issues and needed to be replaced) - This time my Nan's battery was drained due to the dongle not turning off when the car was turned off - Hyundai have accepted fault - and replaced the dongle under warranty but have left my Nan out of pocket for a new battery because they were 'unable to assess the battery themselves' - Her car wouldn't start, therefore called Hyundai iCARE which is a product of Hyundai who advised that the battery would need to be replaced, then the engine light came on and the car was taken into the dealership. dissatisfied. Definitely not the same exceptional customer service we receive from Hyundai in Brisbane.

Thanks to Paul and the Team at Noosa Hyundai/Noosa Mazda. The service was excellent! I am in Brisbane so I bought the car (used i40) over the phone and everything was ready to go and as described when I got there to test drive and pick it up. Trade-in also agreed over the phone so I could drive in with my old car and out with the new one. Couldn't be happier with the experience!

I highly recommend Jakson Wickham to help with your finance needs, he truly went above and beyond to help me achieve the best deal possible! Jakson Wickham is honestly the best in the business! As for a sales person ask for Justin Adcock, He was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right car for me! I can not recommend Noosa Hyundai enough, you would be silly to go anywhere else!!
