My wife and I recently purchased a Toyota from the Madill Motor Group in Noosaville. Normally, I would rate the process of buying a car along the same lines as getting a root-canal. However, the staff at Madill were the most attentive, professional and knowledgeable I have ever experienced. I would like to thank Josh Young, in particular. The buying process of our Toyota took about three days. The best part – Josh stayed in touch with me the entire time, to answer all my questions, which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. We get great service by Josh. He found us the car we just need. Josh was helpful and nice guy and great salesman with a good humor. Some Australian systems are quite strange for foreigners but he helped us through the process. Easy to recommend!
Well, what can we say! If I was a car dealership I would hire this man in a heart beat. Josh Young was so fabulous from the moment I first spoke to him to the moment he dropped the car off to me 230 kms away to view it, and we bought it.
