Just wanted to let Loren know how appreciative I was of the good service she gave me today. My computer is working as I type this and I couldn’t be happier. Her attention to detail great people skills and knowledge was incredible and I have been to many stores before learning about I love computers. This was a huge win for me. Please pass on my thanks as it was so simple for her but to someone like me it is a very big deal. Definitely will be returning to this store. Make sure she stays here :)

I was having issues with my MacBook Air that were verified by KING IT. Since it was still under warranty I took it to JB HI FI, who then sent it onto you. I Love Computers who said there was nothing wrong with the hardware and that must be a software issue which isn't covered in the warranty. However, when I went in store to collect my laptop after it was sent back, I noticed that the screw in the bottom of the laptop are missing. Since you guys were the ones to look at my laptop, that means you did not put the screws back in which is unacceptable.

This is my favourite place to come and get help now. The store is very professional and so clean. The people who work here are very polite and after being recommended to come here I can see why. Plus the trendy lass behind the counter has a knack for coordinating so many people in the small space with her crew. I wish she worked for me. I won’t go anywhere else and will spread the word! Great customer service. Fun environment. Really enjoyed the staffs enthusiasm. It really is the place to go to on the Sunshine Coast for all my Apple needs. I have told all my friends to come here. It was nice to meet Lauren, she is a whizz with the people and very patient. Highly Recommend this team!

Atmosphere is fantastic!!️ It’s a rocket of a shop. After visiting for the first time today, I can see why people are coming here. There is not any other tech shop I have been into that feels the way this business does. I have a place to bring all my Apple devices now. Recommend these people highly, their energy is delightful and a credit to the owner for employing staff with a passion. Was nice to meet Lauren who had no issue explaining things to me and knew exactly how to help me. I thought people skills did not exist anymore, then I met her and her people skills were flawless, she blew me away. See you next time. D x
