Doc Mya is the most skilled, compassionate and considered vet I have come across. She always considers the most economical treatment options and doesn’t try to upset which is common in my past experience with other vets. The surgery has great facilities and has the added bonus of housing a 24hour emergency vet. Charlie on reception is efficient and friendly. The other nurses and staff are great too. I have three fur babies who manage to get themselves into strife regularly Sou can speak from experience!
Had a terrible accident with one of our dogs. Staff were incredible. Explained all we needed to know. Dog was kept in overnight and cared for amazingly. Thanks so much to all involved with Alliras care.
We have been in here twice with our elderly spaniel. The first was an emergency visit, the vets look very good care of him, and always consulted us before doing anything. He went home a very happy doggie. The second time was for his yearly health check, they were full of helpful information when it comes to managing his health issues. 10/10.
The veterinarian Lauren and her beautiful vet nurse Jodie were extremely professional and took amazing care of our dog when we brought her in late last Sunday night. They did everything they possibly could before we decided to euthanise her. Even in this process they took the utmost care and were so kind and compassionate. I am very grateful for everything they did and am so appreciative for assisting us to say goodbye to our beautiful Myah. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You did and will continue to do an amazing job and I am so glad you were both working the night we brought her into you.
I've been twice and was happy with the vets and staff but very unhappy about the medication costs. The clinic adds a HUGE margin on the medications and doesn't advise clients they can order online via a script. Perhaps most vets make money this way but it's excessive considering the consultation fees. Also, avoid the 40 per month 'insurance', or at least understand it covers very little.
