Delightful! From the food to the service, the ambience and drinks... All wonderful! I even tried to change my booking at the last minute and Giles went above and beyond to try and accommodate. The servers knowledge of the food and Sake was very impressive. I really enjoyed the overall laid back experience too, the entire process was seamless and relaxing. Highly recommended this restaurant.

We had the 6 course meal. There was a lot of food, and we were so full when the dessert came. Most the dishes were good, some were great. Great service. Overall a very enjoyable meal. The main, however, was a bit disappointing. We had both the kingfish and the beef. The protein was cooked perfectly but the rice was too wet and bland, and the salad and miso soup didn't taste like much either. Very good and authentic Japanese food (despite not having any japanese person in the kitchen). Would recommend.

Food heaven, Sumi (charcoal) Open Kitchen was an amazing experience. Easily one of the best restaurants we're ever been! A high end traditional menu with a modern flare. The attention to detail with this menu was impeccable and the complementing sake course was a blast. The fact that the master chef is not Japanese, too is truly impressive. The only problem is we live too far away. We will most definitely be comming back next time we visit the area, though. Highly recommend, Hanzo

I can see why this restaurant is #1 in Noosa. This food was impeccable. We had the 6 course banquet and no dish had a fault. The beef was cooked to perfection. The oyster/octopus was a highlight. I have not tasted better sashimi. The service provided was significantly better than expected. I would highly recommend.

Welcoming people and a well thought out menu. Intimate but very relaxed atmosphere. We did the 6 courses and really enjoyed it. Thank you for making dining out such a pleasure for the both us. Exceptional service! Much appreciated

A nice journey in a place where we ate complet unknown food and flavours. This hidden and intimate place is a rendez-vous of surprises, waiters and chef are clearly passionates and at your service. Great selection and collection of saké. A place to recommend for a friends or a couple dinner if you look for something authentic and unique.

Can only praise the staff and management. We were held up in traffic and the owner went out of his way to keep the restaurant open later, greeted us upon arrival and looked after us just as though we were on schedule. The food was great and next time we visit Noosa it would be on our visit list. Thanks again to the staff and owner for making us so welcome.
