She came out to check measure and made good and helpful suggestions, Our curtains were installed and they are made of absolute quality, Heavy & thick and NO LIGHT!! Well worth the money. Excellent service, quality of product, and installation. Have sought window dressings for my whole house from Dollar Curtains: sheers, roller blinds, and plantation shutters, and am always happy with all aspects of their services. The salesperson Adriana was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
Worst customer service I have experienced. We had a women come to our apartment to do a free measure and quote, I was made me feel like an idiot in my own home, she was not friendly or helpful and hardly measured our windows, I would hate to think how the blinds would have turned out! Have had other companies out to do the same free measure and quote and the difference in customer service is outstanding. Would not recommend.
