I found them pleasant to deal with. They generally answered emails overnight. When I had questions that they didn't seem able to answer (about the tank on which I'd already paid a deposit), they didn't respond. In the end I located the tank manufacturer and contacted them directly to get the information I needed. In doing this I also discovered that I would have paid about 10% less if I'd purchased the tank directly from the manufacturer.
