I used Barnes for some resin and we needed more to finish the job. Helena who answered the phone was very helpful in getting it to me ASAP so we could get the job done. She went above and beyond for us and it was much appreciated. Thanks again

I also had similar experience as Jen Burn. I'm fairly sure who she is referring to. It's the fat asian dude who works at Newtown branch that makes customers felt not worthy when asked questions. Not a good experience at all. Instead of assisting customers in a polite manner he chose to ask question back to make you feel like if you dont know what you are after then dont come in the store! His cocky attitude deters me from buying at this store. :(
Great resin and great selection of products. I just wish their website would show what's in stock at the store/s.
I've been buying my mould making and casting supplies from Barnes for years and they're the best.
I use many of their products for moulding and colouring. The product performance is consistently excellent , not just good. It's tuned to work. I get the impression they must use their own stuff.
