Highly recommended. Great service. Reuel was fabulous in helping me with the purchase of my new Nissan Qashqai. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions (and I had a lot) and showed me all the vehicle features on our test drives. He kept in touch but didn't pressure me. Overall, an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the process fun. Thank you!

We recently purchased a new 2020 X-Trail. We travelled from central Queensland as they have us a better deal than our local Nissan. The service from Emma was amazing. She was always prompt and courteous with her replies and did everything we asked and more. Even her after care checking in and making sure we were happy was superb. Would definitely recommend dealing with her everyday of the week

This review is for Emma(Sales Manager). I am based in Victoria and found a Nissan Leaf at this dealership and made contact via their Facebook page after hours as I struggle to make contact during business hours. Been dealing with Emma the first day and I have to say, the service has been impeccable - Responding to messages after hours, taking calls/responding to texts almost on daily basis(car is getting picked up tomorrow so hope I won't bother her anymore) - Nothing is too much for Emma. Never once(even after getting the full payment), the level of service didn't drop and I thank you Emma for providing the amazing customer service that most wouldn't expect these days from any person/business. Given I was buying from interstate, I had a lot more questions than a standard local buyer would. At no point Emma tried to cut the conversation short or avoided the question even if it was as part of a long email. Thank you Emma, Can't wait to receive and drive our first electric car and appreciate your help in making our first interstate car purchase experience so smooth.

Organised to have a vehicle brought to us to purchase which we thought was an amazing service. On the day they cancelled at the last minute, so we rescheduled for another day. On that day they called to say they would be 2 hours late. 2 hours later, they called to say the car had been sold. When I told the guy on the phone it was a little frustrating that we had allocated 2 days and been mucked around he got angry at me and blamed me for not paying for the car before seeing it, which is just not something I would ever do anyway. Good customer service is not hard, but seems very hard for this dealership.

Thank you, Great work, Good staff. Kelli the front receptionist is a hard worker, accommodating our needs. Took in a Nissan x-trail from a used car dealer which must have had a crooked road worthy. Nissan mechanic was able to advise not to purchase vehicle due to a failing automatic transmission and other problems. Nissan mechanic wouldn't give it a road worthy. Saved our family thousands. Thank you so much
