Being reasonably new to photography , I really wanted independent advice and guidance regarding camera gear - Camerapro Newstead was recommended to me. Bought my new mirroless camera and lens online from Camera Pro. Fabulous service. Bought a second lens straight after but somebody dropped the ball on that one. Disappointing, but a couple of people went out of their way to make things right. Good job.

I placed an order over the phone knowing that the item would be on backorder. CameraPro had great communication, emailing me every week to let me know the status of my order. Once the product was back in stock, it was sent out via StarTrack and I had it the next day. I've never had this much commination from a company before, it's great to see they take pride in making sure the customer is getting the best experience. I highly recommend these guys and I'll definitely be using them again.
Always great service from these guys, the last couple of orders have been online and I was very satisfied, good communication throughout. I have used them on a number of occasions and will certainly again. In-Store is the same, professional service, no pushy sales but full knowledge of products.
Very obviously a much loved local shop. When I arrived, there was a wait to be served (totally ok!) as there were already multiple couples in front of me being helped. When I was seen to, it was obvious that they were willing to take the time and help me choose the right camera. When I was ready but on the fence, they offered me to take some time and think about it and come back with a decision, with no pressure to buy it then and there (or at all!). After an hour I returned and was served by Jake - he instantly put me at ease. His knowledge was evident and he was very easy to talk to. I was still on the fence about the lenses I was originally shown and without hesitation he steered me towards a different brand that would work, showed me what I needed (and more) and left me alone to play and decide. As someone who does not particularly like going into stores, I would recommend heading in and seeing these guys.
