I received a business card in the email to receive a complimentary facial. I was looking forward to the opportunity to find a clinic with the potential to buy some new products for my skin. When I inquired about the facial the lady over the phone told me that it would be a 30-minute facial with a 15 minute consultation. What I received on the day was entirely different to what I was expecting. The treatment was rushed and noisy as the therapist did not care at all to make me feel welcomed or relaxed. Not at all like other facials I've had. It lasted maybe 5 minutes. So entirely different to what I was advised. I felt as though the therapist treated me like I was a cheapskate coming in to claim a freebie rather than a potential new client. Like I was wasting her time because I didn't take her upsell of some led light as an extra to the facial. I was rushed in, then the facial itself was extremely short (despite being told it was at a value of over 100 and meant to be for half an hr - I would never spend over 100 for a 5 minute facial!) Then I was rushed out without even the courtesy of asking how the experience went and if I would like to return. An obnoxious therapist who disregarded me as she thought she couldn't make money from me. The product felt nice enough though apparently they'd run out of samples for me to trial, so I couldn't test on my skin for a longer period of time. The clinic was clean and well presented. My I'm extremely disappointed with the attitude of the staff. Despite seeing others on Google review having a nice experience I personally wouldn't recommend the clinic.

The service and professionalism was great. Although the product that was used or the way it was injected was clearly subpar. I have been to this clinic twice for anti wrinkle injections as my previous clinic was no longer providing this service. The results I received here were practically non existent. I have had the same amount of product and in the same place with amazing results from other clinics for years. For the price that you are paying for these services I would expect to see consistency. To summarise, I would not recommend this clinic for anti wrinkle injections. I basically paid for a visit to a nurse to poke me with needles.
Dana and Michelle are the ultimate professionals. Michelle's knowledge about skin care and all the products at Artisan is incredible, and she's not only an excellent beauty therapist but a lovely lady as well. Dana makes you feel like Artisan is her home, and she's welcoming you in for the most pamering you will ever experience.
I had the DMK enzyme therapy facial with LED with Michelle and my experience was truly amazing. From when I walked in the doors I was greeted by very friendly reception staff and led to a beautiful waiting room with herbal tea. Michelle was very inquisitive about my skin and instantly made me feel like I was in very experienced hands. The treatment was fantastic, and very comfortable. Michelle explained each step and also how to get great results at home which I really appreciated. I truly enjoyed my treatment today, professional, luxurious and... I want more! I’ll definitely be back to make this a skin routine for myself. A big thank you to Michelle and Dee!
Michelle is such an amazing therapist. So professional and friendly in her approach. There is never any pressure to buy additional products and she is always open and honest in her approach. The clinic itself is beautiful and welcoming and all the staff there are so lovely.
I was treated today by the lovely Dr Sheena. Such and painless procedure. Hands down the most gentlest injector I have had perform my anti-wrinkle. Thank you Dr Sheena
This clinic is beautiful and the staff are superb! My whole experience at Artisan Gasworks was brilliant. I had a treatment with their nurse Ali and everything from the assessment to the treatment was first class. I’ve had a number of cosmetic treatments over the years but nothing compares to the treatment given by nurse Ali. I have a treatment plan for the next few months to rewind the clock and address my concerns with my skin and I cannot wait to see the results! The Doctor they have onsite really listened me and I feel comfortable and confident that Artisan can make it happen.
