This is the best ramen place in Sydney for me. I suggest coming early, at their opening time, because the queue outside their shop can get very long.

Great ramen joint located in the inner west. Soup flavours were good. The pork and eggs were cooked to perfection. Chicken karaage was fresh and tasty. Limited trading hours and there was a queue on Friday night so would suggest booking in advance.

I don't give 5 stars unless it was really perfect. This is the best ramen shop in Inner west. Definitely recommended. Staff are friendly and clean restaurant.

Was excited for a ramen closer to the west and can see why some people enjoy the ramen here. It has a nice homey feel to the place which is quite nice. However I do not think the ramen here competes with some of the top players in Sydney with a lack of tonkotsu prowess. Overall, a decent ramen place away from the city area so it might be a place to consider visiting for this reason. The gyoza could be more crisp and it was lacking in flavour, but hopefully this becomes improved.

Kosuke Ramen is located in an area where there really isn't much choice for ramen, let alone a genuine one. But with it, there is mostly no need to travel closer or into CBD to experience authentic ramen. Their tonkotsu broth is thicker in texture, but lighter in flavour comparatively, specifically the saltiness (Pork chicken blend broth is also decent). Overall, a great tasting bowl of ramen. Note: as it is a smaller establishment, wait for seating is to be expected during peak hours.

Surprisingly good ramen thats not around the city or north Sydney region. They have several options for broth ranging from light to thick and choices ranging from chicken pork and fish. The chicken katsu was nice and crunchy though the sauce was a little lacking. The ramen was rich in flavour. Definately worth a visit.

Easy five star for the taste. The dipping ramen is packed with flavour and meat. I usually prefer thin ramen noodles but the thick noodles are a perfect pair with the dipping sauce. There is usually a line which starts before they are even open. We waited 30 minutes for this takeaway order but it was worth it.

Flavours remind me of Japan. Number 27 is so delicious. Don't need to go to the city for ramen anymore. Tsukemen was also one of the best I've had since Japan.
