Honestly I believe Mark & Chin are Australia s best pro lab. If you care about the quality of your reproductions for Photography and Art Prints then look no further, they are the best in the business. I use Zone Printing for my two online print businesses and love what they do.
I'm not the person to ever write reviews, let alone negative ones but sometimes you just have to and this is one of those times. I'm giving 2/5 rather than 0/5 as the pricing was fair and the service was reasonably quick, however, when I asked for the slither of the side of my print to be cut off due to a mark, my image had a lot more then asked cut off, which is going to make it incredibly hard to frame but the biggest issue is that when I picked the paper I wanted the image to be printed on, it had no marks but when I was given the finished product, it had a big black mark on it that wouldn't come off. The worker there said it was apart of the paper but it wasn't when I selected the paper. The mark is evident on the print and there is no way to hide it. No discount for marred goods was offered and I was made to pay in full for a mistake that was not my own. It's safe to say that I won't be back.
