All staff were super friendly and helpful, added the trolley for us which was a lifesaver and pickup and dropoff was very straightforward. Would rent with them again in a heartbeat - the van size was perfect for what we needed!

Extremely rude, terrible customer service. They tried to charge me for a scratch that was already on the vehicle. Would not recommend to anyone, potential customers beware!
